The major cost in a company’s Supply Chain is their per load freight rate. Today millions of daily shipments are priced by load boards, freight brokers and annual contracted rates which – in total - represent $200 billion+ in annual fees.
Integrating with or having direct access to the network offers data-driven visibility, enabling real-time access to freight rates.

Trucking is bogged down by archaic processes, stale technology, and most critically - a lack of data-backed pricing transparency on virtually every load moved.
Companies often struggle to find capacity when and where they need it, despite the fact that U.S. trucks drive an astonishing 20-30 BILLION empty miles every year. This is a colossal waste of capacity and resources.
Shippers and Transportation Management Systems (TMSs) are generally limited to their small existing network of carriers when searching for capacity rates. By integrating with the Network, shippers and TMSs suddenly have access to an endless sea of carrier ratings with capacity rates.
On-Demand Direct Independent Carrier Network
System Does 100%+ What a Broker Does - for 90% Less Cost
Allows Free Freight Rate Quotes on Any Load - With No Monthly Fee for Shippers
Eliminates Need for Costly and Unnecessary Freight Brokers
Shippers and Carriers Negotiate Direct Contractual Relationships
Shippers Pay Only 1% To Tender a Load at a Price They Confirm
Unbelievably, government regulations do not oversee freight broker fees, giving brokers free rein to exploit their customers, including shippers and carriers, with exorbitant commission fees, sometimes reaching a staggering 60% or more. This results in carriers being grossly underpaid, facing delayed or partial payments, or even being denied payment altogether.
As it stands, brokers have zero motivation to optimize the supply chain; they thrive on chaos, which maximizes their profits. However, an efficient supply chain poses a threat to their existence. The time has come to break the broker monopoly on freight transportation, and that's where the LaneAxis Direct Freight Network comes into play.
The freight transportation industry also faces other significant challenges, including fluctuating freight rates, reliance on brokers for rate data that may or may not be accurate, and a lack of load-level transparency. The network aims to address these issues as a neutral hub around which shippers and carriers can connect, contract, and establish long-term relationships.
The time is ripe for seizing this groundbreaking opportunity. In the past, Brokers/Managed Services played a crucial role, but their time has passed. With LaneAxis, we have engineered a system that supersedes brokers in every way, slashing costs by a staggering 90%, all the while revolutionizing the industry and eliminating a staggering $200 billion in annual broker revenue.

73% of U.S. freight is moved by trucks; 97% of U.S. trucking companies are small and independent – owning 10 trucks or less. Watch our videos below for proof.
In today’s supply chain, the most significant cost factor for shippers and carriers alike is freight rates per load. This fact is evident from the sheer volume of daily load postings on load boards and from brokers.
Let’s highlight some indisputable facts:
1. A whopping 98% of major shippers utilize a Transportation Management System (TMS) to move an estimated 5 million+ daily loads.
2. These TMS systems either directly collect rate data from load boards or depend on their network of brokers to provide rates for daily loads.
3. Cost and complexity make it unlikely that shippers will change TMS providers - unless a competitor offers superior services focused on cutting costs and improving transparency.
Proactive Capacity Optimization
LaneAxis AI takes the lead in identifying real-time truck capacity on a shipment and goes beyond that by recommending additional shipment opportunities. By maximizing efficiency and productivity, we ensure that each truck operates at its full potential, unlocking unprecedented value for carriers and shippers alike.

Our AI recommends intelligent fueling options to drivers, considering crucial factors such as their route, current fuel level, truck weight, distance to destination, and prevailing fuel prices. By leveraging this data, our goal is to secure our drivers savings of $1 or more per gallon, reducing operational costs and increasing profitability.
Enhanced Performance Measurement
We utilize AI to measure various performance metrics, including delivery efficiency, carrier/driver performance, loading/unloading times, optimal routes, and truck & freight demand. This data-driven approach empowers carriers to identify areas of improvement, optimize operations, and achieve unparalleled levels of efficiency.
The SaaS Platform: Real-Time Shipment management, Direct Connectivity, and Predictive Analytics Across all Devices
Another blockchain-based company with a solid business model; LaneAxis. Not only will LaneAxis improve efficiencies, but it will provide all participants with access to its platform, including insurance companies, shippers, drivers, and remaining brokers.
Although both Convoy and Uber Freight lack a genuine direct network system, LaneAxis is frequently compared to them due to its utilization of the term "Shipper to Carrier direct."
Our visionary strategy involves a disruptive shift from brokered loads to our direct network. With every 1% of loads moved to our platform, we project an astounding annual revenue of approximately $100 million. It is an ambitious yet attainable goal to capture at least 1% of brokered freight annually, setting the stage for exponential growth.
What's more, LaneAxis has already set its sights on global expansion while concurrently penetrating the U.S. market. With such strategic foresight, the revenue potential is nothing short of astronomical.
The LaneAxis Direct Network is a game-changer, offering unprecedented value to both shippers and carriers. Shippers can join our network for FREE, while carriers avail themselves of our services through a reasonable $29/month subscription. The transaction fees for shippers and carriers are set at just 1% per load upon rate confirmation and final settlement, respectively. Compare this to broker fees that can reach a staggering 50% or more! It's a monumental win-win scenario for all parties involved.

The revenue potential for the US transportation industry is undeniably immense, given its staggering scale and scope. With over 3 million loads moving each day, there is a constant and substantial demand for transportation services across the country. This demand is met by a vast network of 1.7 million carriers, indicating a competitive landscape with ample opportunities for revenue generation.
Furthermore, the industry's colossal fuel consumption of 128 million gallons per day underscores the critical role of transportation in supporting the economy and various sectors. This fuel consumption presents significant revenue opportunities not only for transportation companies but also for fuel suppliers, logistics providers, and related businesses.

LaneAxis has built the transportation industry's first Brokerless Shipper-to-Carrier Direct Network. LaneAxis is an established company built by logistics veterans with decades of combined Trucking and freight logistics experience. In 2018, LaneAxis was granted a valuable U.S. patent for its Shipper-to-Carrier direct software platform. The platform solves numerous longstanding problems for the freight industry including real-time Tracking, payment flow, data integrity, and the elimination of expensive third-party freight brokers - just to name a few.
LaneAxis cannot make forward looking statements regarding potential returns for investors from stock purchased from StartEngine campaign or DealMaker. What we can say is that the company is on a very positive growth trajectory, both financially and in terms of network expansion and engagement with Carriers and Shippers. We will continually evaluate and potentially implement liquidation opportunities for LaneAxis shareholders, but it is premature to provide specific timelines. It is certainly our goal to issue dividends when the timing is right. We will keep all options open to grow the company. It's also worth noting, the shares you own, from StartEngine or DealMaker, are the exact same classification of shares the LaneAxis team owns - from our CEO & Founder all the way down. So our interests in the company's success - including stock performance - are in absolute alliance.
Our product is certainly focused on Trucking, but our freight tracking and management solution is multi-modal in that it covers land, sea, air and rail. This is made possible through tracking Load Manifest ID numbers, RFID chips, GPS, and integration into in-cab hardware such as Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs). The LaneAxis Network allows for a direct connection network for Shippers and Carriers to do business together - and in the process will generate a tremendous amount of actionable industry data. We will also provide access to our network data, including average loading times at docks, Carrier performance history, and much more. LaneAxis will charge a network data access fee to obtain this information. We are covering all the key areas in demand right now: creating a true Shipper-to-Carrier direct network which eliminates the need for expensive third party brokers, automating the freight tracking and management process, eliminating outdated processes that still dominate the industry such as phoning, faxing and emailing, and we're filling the need for the new "business gold": providing relevant, accurate and actionable shipment and industry data.

It's important to remember that while autonomous Trucks are indeed on the horizon and creating lots of buzz, there will always be a need for independent drivers to haul freight. Even once they become mainstream, which is likely a decade away, autonomous Trucks will almost certainly account for just a fraction of overall freight transportation movements. This technology, after all, is not cheap. Having said that, LaneAxis is developing the ability to connect to any Electronic Logging Device (ELD) in any Truck cab/delivery mechanism. This will make the LaneAxis solution compatible with future technology like autonomous vehicles, drones, etc. With or without a Driver the core LaneAxis software will confirm the pickup/delivery & all KPI data sets, as well as continuing to track all movements in real-time. Increased adoptions of autonomous Trucks will not affect our future growth as we are a software company, not a hardware company. Again, whether Over the Road (long hauls) or last-mile deliveries, Truck and delivery Drivers will always be needed - as will our solution. As mentioned on our StartEngine page, we have gone to great lengths to "future-proof" our platform.
No one is creating a true freight transportation network. No one. There is plenty of track-and-trace technology out there but no one is coalescing the nearly 4 million independent Drivers in the U.S. into a single, unified network. As mentioned on our StartEngine page, no one is setting up a platform to build trust, transparency and most importantly, direct connectivity between Shippers and Carriers, eliminating *Billions of dollars in "managed services fees" that eat into the profits of both Shippers and Carriers.
As mentioned on our StartEngine page, LaneAxis has over 7,000 shareholders.
As mentioned on our StartEngine page, There is no maximum investment per investor.
